Early Looks at PC Games & New Mobile Game

It’s an exciting day at My.com!

Today we announced that our games portfolio is expanding into the PC video game realm with three new PC game announcements. At Game Developers Conference 2014 in San Francisco, we showed for the first time, our massively multiplayer online (MMO) games that will provide entertainment and social experiences across multiple game genres and platforms. They include Armored Warfare, Skyforge and World of Speed.

We continue releasing exciting mobile games too; we also announced Evolution, our new, real-time role-playing game for iOS devices.

The expansion of myGames into the PC game world is an important milestone in the vision of building a communication and entertainment platform. Our work in the PC game world leverages the extensive experience of our parent company, Mail.ru Group, who has created over 30 online games to date.

Here’s a quick summary of each of these newly announced games.

Armored Warfare was unveiled during the Game Developers Conference Choice Awards. Each year, one upcoming game is chosen to be featured during the awards so this was truly an honor. This action-based MMO features modern tank combat with player vs environment (pve) or player vs player (pvp) gameplay.

SF_logoSkyforge, with a next-generation action MMORPG experience, challenges players to become Gods. Players are granted the power to rule entire planets, reign over human inhabitants and acquire strength, skills and superpowers to reach divinity and become an omnipotent God.

World of Speed – This graphically stunning racing MMO combines an innovative approach to racing with a strong focus on social elements such as team play and auto clubs. Players who would like to participate in the beta testing can sign up at the World of Speed website.

Evolution is a science fiction role-playing game bringing together AAA graphics, solo action combat, player vs player missions and deep, engaging story- and world-building.

Over the next few days, we’ll explore each game a bit more and share some stunning graphics and insight into the game-play action of each title.

Hi — http://www.armoredwarfare.com will be the place to go. There will be a link there for beta signups. Currently the site is not live but should be back up shortly. Thanks.

Hopefully Armored Warfare is more compelling than Warthunder’s GroundForces. I really really look forward to an alternative to World of Tanks! They get too much of my $$.
