PC Game Enthusiasts: The Latest from My.com at E3

Not at E3? No problem. E3, or Electronic Entertainment Expo, in Los Angeles, is where game developers show off the latest in their new and upcoming game titles. My.com is there this week to show off brand new assets for our upcoming MMORPG titles: Armored Warfare, World of Speed and Skyforge.

First up, Skyforge.

This week, players will get a glimpse of Skyforge’s unique Ascension Atlas and three new character classes: the weapons-centric Gunner, the ruthless Beserker and the merciful Lightbinder. The Ascension Atlas is a unique system that lets players customize their character in billions of ways with adapted skills, talents and spells. This interface displays all the directions in which players can develop their characters.

In Skyforge, players develop from immortals, to mighty champions, to powerful gods gaining and developing their mortal followers and powers along the way. Skyforge features unique action combat and a massive variety of classes and character customization options as players grow from immortal to invincible gods.

Visit the official Skyforge site for game artwork and more information about this sci-fi game and be sure to sign up for beta access.

Armored Warfare

A new gameplay trailer for Armored Warfare has been released by developer partner Obsidian Entertainment. The trailer showcases the new role system and the types of tanks players will command in battle in the team-based modern military vehicle combat game.

The roles of the Main Battle Tank (MBT), Recon and Artillery units in Armored Warfare will offer players an endless amount of strategies in taking on the competition in a given match. Players must weigh the cost-benefit of each role in every scenario. MBTs are bruisers that can dish out damage and take it, Recon tanks sweep swiftly throughout levels to help flank enemies and spot them for artillery strikes, while Artillery units rain destruction on enemies from a distance.

Registration for Armored Warfare’s closed beta testing is official open. Gamers and enthusiasts looking to get into the action early can register at http://aw.my.com.

World of Speed

For this massively multiplayer online action-racing video game, we take a look at the visual and performance tuning features shown in this trailer which debuted during E3 this week.

In World of Speed, unlocking a new car is only the beginning.  From spoilers and headlights, to hoods and wheels, no two players’ cars will look the same and the possibilities are endless. But in addition to cosmetic upgrades, players will also unlock and apply specific installs like new engines, suspensions, tires and more–in whatever order they choose.  In World of Speed, it’s all about exploring the potential of each and every racing vehicle to the max and making them your own!

World of Speed will be entering closed beta later this year. To learn more about World of Speed and for a chance to play the fast-paced action in the closed beta, visit and sign up at www.worldofspeed.com. The game is developed by Slightly Mad Studios and will be published worldwide by My.com.
